The project involved the construction management of a 660,000-square-foot corporate headquarters on a 14.5-acre site. The site is located on the southern end of a mixed-use development in Crocker Park. It included a five-story structural steel base building and approximately 600,000 square feet of custom interior build-out with executive spaces, retail spaces, and full accommodations to support a staff of more than 800 employees. Our team of engineers at Wells Webster delivered a high-end finish, a unique interior courtyard structure, a curtain wall system, and a connecting pedestrian bridge to an adjacent parking structure.
