This four-story, 80,675-square-foot supportive living facility contains 120 total units including both studio and deluxe Section 504 Full Accessible units, Type A Accessible units and adaptable units. The project utilizes a number of innovative energy-efficient solutions such as high-efficiency windows, energy star appliances and energy-efficient lighting. The building is LEED-certified and achieved points for a sustainable site, water efficiency, energy and atmosphere, and indoor environmental quality.
