The University of Missouri – Columbia constructed three new residence halls, renovated the existing Defoe and Graham residence halls, and constructed a connector building between the two.

Wells Webster provided civil engineering services for the design-build project. Design was completed in four packages to meet the aggressive schedule. We designed storm water management systems for the site, sanitary and domestic water services for each building, fire suppression lines to serve each building, and site grading and temporary erosion and sediment control systems.
